Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Redevelopment) to manage society redevelopment projects from initial planning through to statutory approvals. In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing all necessary architectural and technical drawings, ensuring strict compliance with UDCPR 2020, DCPR, and municipal regulations. You will act as the central point of coordination between municipal authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all stages of society redevelopment projects, focusing on planning, documentation, and statutory approval processes.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, including layout plans, area statements, FSI/TDR calculations, and submission drawings for various approvals.
• Liaise directly with municipal authorities, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in preparing detailed project reports, documentation, and schedules for redevelopment and PMC assignments.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory norms, timelines, and quality standards.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a proactive and technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in real estate redevelopment and a strong grasp of statutory norms. You must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and a commitment to compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven practical experience in handling society redevelopment projects, including the preparation of approval drawings and coordination with authorities.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting), MS Excel, and the MS Office suite.
• In-depth understanding of UDCPR 2020, DCPR, and other relevant municipal regulations and approval processes.
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and meeting project deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
