We are seeking two dedicated professionals to join our architectural team. The Architect will lead the design development and project planning, transforming concepts into detailed specifications. The Architectural Draughtsperson will focus on the precise technical documentation required for execution. Both roles are full-time, in-person positions collaborating closely to ensure design integrity from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed working drawings.
• Create and prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documents.
• Utilize design and drafting software to produce high-quality visualizations and plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards.
Skill Requirement
The ideal Architect candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and proficiency in key design tools. The Draughtsperson must be skilled in interpreting designs to produce accurate working drawings. Both roles require a keen eye for detail, a commitment to precision, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• For Architect: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• For Draughtsperson: Expertise in preparing clear and detailed working drawings.
• Thorough understanding of architectural planning, design development, and construction documentation.
• Strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
