D’Fine Art, a leading Mumbai-based design firm specializing in interior design, production design, and theme park conceptualization, is seeking a skilled Architect / Civil Engineer / Draftsman. With nearly two decades of expertise in creating immersive spaces for residential, commercial, and entertainment projects, we offer a dynamic environment where creativity meets precision. In this role, you will translate visionary concepts into detailed technical plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship across diverse projects—from film sets to theme parks.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Developing and presenting detailed project plans, designs, technical drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Collaborating closely with interior designers, engineers, and stakeholders to accurately interpret and execute design concepts.
• Ensuring all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain design integrity.
• Applying innovative and sustainable design principles while solving challenges with creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and preparing regular progress reports.

You should have a solid understanding of construction methods, exceptional drafting skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of drafting experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or theme park design.
• Experience in large-area landscape design and contour planning is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise, high-quality technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
