Join Go Alpha Kids as an Area Sales Executive and be at the forefront of promoting children’s sports programs across Mumbai. In this dynamic field-based role, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with preschools to introduce and secure partnerships for our innovative sports curriculum. Your primary mission is to build lasting relationships with school owners and decision-makers, driving the adoption of our programs.
You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting meetings, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and relationship management. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who enjoys autonomy, thrives on meeting challenges, and is passionate about contributing to children’s development through sports. You will manage the entire sales cycle in your territory, from initial contact to final closure.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive and energetic sales professional with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed. Field sales experience and ownership of a two-wheeler are essential for managing daily travel across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit preschools regularly to promote and pitch Go Alpha’s sports programs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with school owners, principals, and key decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and closures.
Manage all field sales operations within the designated areas of Mumbai city.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update the Management Information System (MIS) regularly.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive daily field travel across Mumbai.
Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
Self-driven “go-getter” attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Highly organized with the ability to plan routes, manage time, and maintain records efficiently.
Work Location: This is a field-based, full-time role. You will be operating across Mumbai city, reporting from our base in Thane, Maharashtra.
