Join Creative Steps in Ghatkopar West as an Artwork Designer, where you will bring creative concepts to life across a diverse range of mediums. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual artwork for campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs are impactful, on-brand, and meet the strategic objectives of each project from concept to final delivery.
• Develop original artwork for print and digital media, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Design campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising content for various uses.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and execute designs.
• Manage the entire artwork production process, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance creative output.
• Juggle multiple projects efficiently using strong time-management skills.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong artistic sense and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, works well in a team, and thrives under deadline pressure. Freshers with exceptional software skills and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of professional artwork design experience (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
• Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for color, typography, and composition.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of work in packaging, print, and digital design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Freshers with relevant software expertise are welcome.
