Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our club. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless daily functioning, impeccable upkeep, and exceptional guest experience across all facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the complete operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.
• Supervise daily housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness of all areas including guest rooms, banquet halls, sports facilities, and outdoor/open areas.
• Supervise and coordinate with the contracted security agency and its personnel to ensure safety and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute seasonal deep cleaning, preventive maintenance, and special upkeep projects.
• Create, manage, and optimize duty rosters and work schedules for all operational staff.
• Manage banquet and event operations, coordinating logistics, setup, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
Skill Requirement
The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of total work experience in operations, facility management, or a supervisory role within the hospitality, club, or hotel industry is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise staff, manage agencies, and lead a team effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong planning and scheduling abilities for staff duties and maintenance projects.
• Operational Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, security protocols, and event/banquet management.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
