We are seeking a highly alert and decisive Assistant Trade Manager to join our Mumbai team near Phoenix Mall, Kurla. This full-time, in-person role is critical for live trade execution, risk monitoring, and client servicing within the Equity and Derivatives markets. The position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining strict risk discipline.
• Your primary responsibility is to execute trades promptly and accurately in Equity & Derivatives, managing market, limit, and stop-loss orders during live trading sessions.
• You will actively monitor and manage open positions, implementing strategies for targets, stop-loss exits, and trailing stops while overseeing real-time margins and exposure.
• A key part of your role involves providing timely client servicing, including trade updates, market information, and addressing queries related to positions, P&L, and reporting.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as research, back-office, and operations to ensure seamless trade execution, compliance, and support client retention through consistent follow-ups.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a certified professional with a strong grasp of trading mechanisms and risk management, combined with excellent client-handling skills. You must remain composed and decisive during market volatility, ensuring execution accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Mandatory Certification: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is required.
• Core Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in equity and derivatives trade execution, live position management, and client servicing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, portfolio management, and risk frameworks. Working knowledge of technical analysis is essential.
• Professional Attributes: Proven ability to take fast, accurate decisions under pressure, high alertness during market hours, and excellent communication skills. Local candidates are preferred.
