Opportunity Overview
As a Business Development professional at Biltrax, you will strengthen our brand, drive revenue, and build lasting relationships across India’s construction ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, managing the full sales cycle for our subscription platforms (BX1 & BX2), and collaborating with internal teams to achieve strategic growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, demonstrate ROI, and present tailored proposals for Biltrax platforms.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline—from lead qualification to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to expand Biltrax’s industry footprint.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize lifetime value.
• Collaborate with analyst, research, marketing, and client engagement teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights to enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.
• Support content development for presentations and proposals to effectively communicate Biltrax’s value proposition.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a results-driven, passionate sales professional with a strong background in B2B business development, preferably within services, SaaS, or the construction industry. You should thrive in a consultative selling environment and be motivated by building long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• MBA or degree in Engineering, Marketing, Management, or related field is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and pipeline management abilities.
• Experience in consultative selling, lead generation, and proposal development for subscription-based or service-oriented products.
• Background in the construction industry (e.g., building materials, architecture, civil engineering) is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from our office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
