Currently operating 380 buses with 22,000 daily bookings across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Delhi, we are a well-funded, scaling startup.
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for a 6-month contractual role in our Non-Voice Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for resolving customer inquiries exclusively through digital channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory travel experience for all our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently via live chat and email.
• Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up diligently to close customer loops.
• Deliver excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in a similar support environment is beneficial, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. You must thrive in a dynamic setting and be committed to upholding our service standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Customer Support, Non-Voice, or Chat processes is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from our office located in Thane, Maharashtra.
• This is a contractual/temporary position for an initial duration of 6 months.
