We are looking for a Junior Associate / Associate to join our Mumbai team. In this hybrid role, you will be the vital link connecting top-tier global investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with industry experts to support their critical decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Expert Identification & Recruitment: Source, screen, and engage senior industry professionals and subject-matter experts across diverse sectors.
Client Engagement: Understand specific client project needs and deliver qualified, relevant experts within strict deadlines.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth desk research to map industries, identify thought leaders, and analyze market landscapes.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of experts, ensuring their long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate scheduling, track project progress, and ensure compliance with all protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure seamless project delivery across time zones.

What You Will Bring:
