Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Accounts & Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a proven track record in accounting and audit functions. You will be responsible for managing a range of financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is ready to take on responsibilities and grow with our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Assisting in the planning and execution of internal and statutory audits.
Preparing and filing GST returns, handling TDS compliances, and managing income tax-related matters.
Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and management information systems (MIS).
Analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve controls.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and competent professional with strong technical knowledge in accounting and audit. You should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
The required qualifications are:
A strong academic record in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of total work experience in accounts, audit, or a similar role.
Preferred knowledge in Accounts, Audits, Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
