Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ayurvedic Consultant to lead clinical operations at our center located in Thane West. This role requires a qualified professional responsible for providing high-quality consultations, personalized treatments, and ensuring clinical excellence. You will also play a key role in promoting Ayurvedic wellness through community engagement and team coordination.
Conduct detailed patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe personalized treatment plans including herbal medicine, dietary advice, yoga, and Panchakarma therapies.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Drive patient awareness and education by representing the center at workshops, health camps, and through social media/podcast initiatives.
Coordinate with the clinical team and Center Manager to optimize daily operations, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
Provide regular updates on clinical outcomes and patient feedback, and assist in implementing center policies and procedures.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a BAMS/MD(Ayurveda) graduate with substantial hands-on experience in a reputed Ayurvedic or wellness setting. You must possess strong diagnostic skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for promoting holistic wellness.
Mandatory: BAMS degree. M.D. (Ayurveda) is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of proven clinical experience in a reputed Ayurvedic center or wellness clinic.
Demonstrated expertise in patient consultation, treatment planning, and managing diverse Ayurvedic therapies.
Experience in leading or coordinating a clinical team is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Ability to commute/relocate to Thane, Maharashtra.
Proficiency in Marathi is preferred.
