Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Back Office Business Coordinator to drive our client acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our services and our clients, responsible for building sustainable business relationships and generating revenue growth. You will work closely with both marketing and sales to expand our client base, manage key accounts, and ensure our offerings consistently meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Growth: Actively procure new clients through direct outreach, networking, and collaborating with the marketing team. Acquire new projects by drafting compelling business proposals and contracts.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates. Regularly follow up, understand their evolving needs, and encourage purchases of additional products or features.
• Sales & Business Development: Modify sales approaches based on customer feedback and market trends. Conduct daily industrial site visits and tap prospective clients through various sales verticals, including social media and e-tendering for projects in domains like electrical, BMS, and networking.
• Coordination & Execution: Coordinate the entire client cycle from initial contact and negotiation to order generation, billing, and payment follow-up with the client’s point of contact (POC). Set up meetings between company executives and clients.
• Capacity Building: Build team capacity by providing regular training and mentorship to staff, ensuring the team remains skilled and motivated.
• Market Intelligence: Remain abreast of industry changes, competitor activities, and shifts in client consumption patterns to strategically position our services.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a results-driven communicator with a blend of sales acumen and exceptional relationship management skills. You should be a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in client meetings and managing back-office coordination.

Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales coordination, or a client-facing role is preferred. Freshers with strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also welcome to apply.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability in sales pitching, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Experience with e-tendering processes is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages for client interaction, proposal writing, and social media outreach.
• Coordination & Organization: Strong ability to coordinate between internal teams and external clients, manage multiple projects, and maintain detailed client databases.
• Initiative & Networking: A self-starter who can independently generate leads through site visits, calls, emails, and networking events. Proficiency in using social media for business inquiries is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding or willingness to quickly learn about domains such as electrical systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), and networking is highly beneficial.
