Job Description
Join Avis Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading textile company, as a Back Office Coordinator in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This full-time, permanent role is critical for managing the coordination between our sales team and production unit. You will ensure the smooth workflow of dispatches, handle production samples, maintain accurate records, and facilitate timely deliveries with meticulous attention to detail.
Manage daily dispatch lists, update records in Fast Register, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the sales team and management.
Handle incoming couriers, label designs with precise details, and maintain systematic records of production cuttings and problem yardages.
Coordinate sample distribution, prepare challans, print barcodes, and tally sample sets for the sales team as per buyer requirements.
Oversee the sales order workflow from start to finish, update greige sheets, place fabric orders, and prepare essential stock and dispatch reports.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a graduate with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the textile or garment industry. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in key software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this coordination-heavy role.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; background in the textile/garment industry is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in production coordination, dispatch, or a similar back-office role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally; knowledge of Textrade software is an advantage.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage workflows between Mumbai and Ahmedabad teams.
