Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support through accurate data entry, documentation, and daily coordination activities. The ideal candidate will help maintain organized records and support the smooth operation of our back office.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical records.
Prepare basic reports and MIS updates as required.
Handle and respond to internal and external emails.
Support daily administrative tasks, including filing and document organization
Assist in internal coordination across departments.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with basic computer knowledge and good coordination skills. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Competencies:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
0 to 1 year of relevant back office or administrative experience.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
