Job Description
We are looking to hire an organized and proactive Back Office Executive to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the central point for coordinating order tracking, vendor communication, and daily administrative tasks. Your work will ensure smooth backend operations, timely customer updates, and efficient office management. Key Responsibilities:
• Track order statuses daily, follow up with vendors and delivery partners, and maintain accurate records of all updates.
• Communicate professionally with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to provide support and updates.
• Prepare and update routine reports, lists, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Enter, manage, and update daily operational data accurately in the company’s system or database.
• Maintain office inventory, monitor supply levels, and ensure the timely replenishment of necessary items.
• Provide general administrative support including printing, documentation, filing, and other day-to-day office tasks.
• Assist with basic social media content creation and posting, as needed.
• Handle all company and customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Skill Requirement
