Job Description
We are hiring Back Office Executives for our Registration Department. This full-time role is open to both male and female candidates who are well-groomed, confident, and eager to start or grow their career in an administrative setting. You will be based in Thane but should be ready to travel across the Western and Harbor railway lines as needed. The role focuses on supporting registration-related processes, data management, and office coordination in a structured, professional environment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Handling documentation, data entry, and file management for the registration department.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Communicating effectively with team members and external contacts as required.
• Using basic Excel and computer skills to organize information and prepare simple reports.
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Willingness to travel locally for work purposes with provided travel allowance.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and basic technical proficiency are essential. This position is suitable for fresh graduates as well as those with up to 6 months of experience.
Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• Age between 19 to 30 years.
• Graduation completed in any stream.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer operations.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in demeanor.
• Ready to travel locally (Western/Harbor line) as per job requirements.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
