GRT Financial Services, a trusted Motilal Oswal Business Partner, provides equity investing, trading support, and financial advisory services. We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive executive to manage our core operational and client support functions. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, from trade execution and client service to office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Back Office Operations: Coordinate account openings, maintain client records and compliance files, process daily payouts/pay-ins, and prepare MIS, statements, and contract notes.
• Trading & Execution: Execute equity/derivatives orders per client instructions, monitor RMS alerts and margins, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve trade-related queries.
• Client Support: Handle client queries via call, WhatsApp, and email; guide clients on MO platforms; and assist with statements, reports, and downloads.
• Research Support: Track market updates and financial data, prepare internal research notes, and assist advisors with data compilation and research tasks.
• Office Management: Manage daily operations, vendor coordination, housekeeping, bill payments, petty cash, office supplies, system maintenance, and meeting scheduling.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about finance. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic broking environment.
Required Skills:
• Basic stock market knowledge (preferred).
• Strong organizational and office management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Reporting.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Eligibility:
• Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• NISM certification is an added advantage.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in back office, administration, or broking.
