Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage export coordination and provide high-level administrative support to the Partners. This role acts as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced export environment. You will handle everything from logistics communication to travel management and event coordination.
• Assist in day-to-day communication and coordination with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for daily export and import activities.
• Manage administrative tasks for Partners including appointment scheduling, travel bookings (air tickets, car pick-ups, hotels), and compiling documents for foreign client visits.
• Handle passport and visa formalities to ensure seamless international travel for business meetings.
• Support exhibition management for events in India and abroad, including compliance fulfillment, stall design coordination, and display setup as per event themes.
• Coordinate audits and renewals pertaining to ECGC, Banks, and Trade Associations; assist in making applications for awards to Trade Associations.
• Ensure timely renewal of AMCs for office equipment (AC, FAX, Computers, EPBAX, Aqua guard) and various trade/business licenses.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in export communication and back-office administration. We require a professional who is proficient in English and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that demands high levels of organization and follow-through.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Exports Communication (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Back Office Admin work (Required).
• Language: Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) (Required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Company Software for data entry and record maintenance.
• Communication: Strong skills in handling correspondence via Email, WhatsApp, and other social media apps with vendors and foreign clients.
• Organization: Ability to maintain accurate records of renewals/subscriptions for credit cards, insurance, policies, passports, and visas.
• Coordination: Capable of providing a bridge for smooth communication between Partners and Vendors, including taking notes and preparing action plans with follow-ups.
