Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounts, billing, and invoicing processes related to transport and logistics operations.
• Verify and reconcile freight charges, delivery notes, and customer invoices.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing based on shipment data.
• Assist in preparing financial and operational reports, including expense tracking and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing queries and updates.
• Support operational tasks such as shipment tracking, documentation, and record-keeping.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a fresher or early-career professional eager to learn and grow in the logistics sector. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
