SDG Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Back Office Sales Executive to join our financial advisory team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. This full-time role is central to our client acquisition and retention strategy. You will be responsible for converting leads into loyal clients by understanding their financial aspirations and providing tailored investment solutions. Your work will directly contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals through prudent planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term, satisfied clients.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable planning solutions.
• Explain, advise on, and cross-sell a range of investment products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, and PMS.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage the end-to-end documentation and onboarding process.
• Provide dedicated after-sales support to foster trust and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and advisory teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Skill Requirement

Qualifications & Skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree is required. A background in Finance or Commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of core investment products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, PMS, etc.) is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with basic computer operations.
• Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
• Additional Requirement: This position is open to female candidates only. Preference will be given to applicants residing in or near Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Freshers with solid financial knowledge are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
