Job Description
We are building a high-performance team at ROBU.IN and are looking for a proactive Back Office Sales Executive to join us. This is an entry-level position ideal for a fresher or a candidate with minimal experience in sales support or backend operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales team operations by managing customer communication, preparing quotes, and maintaining data, all while supporting the team in building strong customer relationships from the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect necessary customer information via mail, call, or WhatsApp for profiling and support.
• Create and prepare quotations for assigned salespersons and follow up on shared quotes to resolve customer queries.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, email, and calls regarding product requirements and other questions.
• Maintain and organize accurate data and records for the assigned sales team.
• Prioritize and manage the given workload efficiently to support sales operations.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and communicative individual with basic computer proficiency, eager to start their career in a supportive sales environment. We welcome fresh graduates or those with up to one year of relevant experience who are quick learners and possess strong organizational skills to manage backend tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year in Back-End Sales, Sales Support, or any backend profile.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Advanced Excel are mandatory) and general computer knowledge with a typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi are essential.
