Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer Associate to join our team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will provide essential support in executing visual brand identity, packaging, and digital assets. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world creative projects while receiving mentorship from senior designers, allowing you to grow your professional skills in a collaborative and dynamic studio environment.
• Role: Execute brand design tasks, supporting projects from concept to final assets under the guidance of senior designers.
• Key Responsibilities: Create brand identity elements, assist with packaging design and mockups, and prepare 2D/3D visuals for presentations and digital platforms. Maintain organized design files and brand asset libraries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to fulfill visual content needs and ensure brand consistency across all mediums.
• Growth: Actively learn from experienced team members while staying updated on the latest trends in design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 and includes benefits such as Provident Fund.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with foundational experience in graphic or brand design, a strong visual eye, and proficiency in core design software. We value eagerness to learn, teamwork, and a passion for building compelling brand stories.
• Education: A graduate degree in Media, Arts, Design, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional or internship experience in brand/graphic design.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). A basic understanding of 3D or mockup tools is advantageous.
• Design Fundamentals: Must have a strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and a basic understanding of branding and packaging design principles.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
• Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Basics in motion graphics, experience with social media design formats, or exposure to 3D design software like Blender or Keyshot.
