Job Description
Mindseed Tutorials in Punawale, Pune, is seeking a dedicated Biology or Chemistry Faculty to teach Grade 9 and 10 students following both CBSE and State Board curricula. This is an offline position where you will play a key role in delivering structured lessons, guiding board exam preparation, and supporting students’ academic growth in a classroom setting.
• Teach Biology or Chemistry to Class 9 and 10 students (CBSE & State Board).
• Explain concepts clearly with a strong focus on board exam preparation.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the latest syllabus.
• Conduct regular tests, revisions, and doubt-solving sessions.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus within the academic timeline.
• Guide students in exam-oriented writing skills and numerical problem-solving.
• Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment.
• Coordinate with management regarding student progress and academic planning.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a passionate educator with strong subject expertise and classroom management skills. The ideal candidate will have a relevant academic background, familiarity with board patterns, and a commitment to student mentoring, whether experienced or a knowledgeable fresher.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply).
• Familiarity with CBSE and State Board syllabus and exam patterns.
• Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and student mentorship.
