We are now seeking a meticulous and proactive Booking In Admin to join our operations team and help us maintain seamless coordination across the supply chain.

In this role, you will act as the key link between suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments. You will ensure that all incoming deliveries are accurately booked, tracked, and communicated, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth product flow. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in supply chain operations and ERP systems while contributing directly to our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately review and reconcile supplier delivery notes with purchase orders within our ERP system (Odoo) and update booking statuses on Monday.com.
• Validate product details such as SKU, pack size, and quantities, and make necessary adjustments for shortages, damages, or mismatches with proper documentation.
• Proactively monitor delivery schedules, book delivery slots, and follow up with suppliers on pending or delayed shipments.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by raising claims for incorrect, damaged, or short-dated goods, coordinating closely with warehouse and supplier teams.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers regarding deliveries and keep internal teams updated on stock statuses, issues, and discrepancies.
• Assist in process improvement by highlighting recurring operational inefficiencies and supporting efforts to enhance accuracy and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a high commitment to accuracy and process adherence.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
