OneAbove Fitness, recognized as Mumbai’s most premium gym, is seeking a motivated Branch Sales Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on driving inside sales and ensuring exceptional customer retention and service within our dynamic fitness environment. You will be the key point of contact for our members, responsible for creating a positive experience from inquiry through their entire membership journey.
Your primary mission is to promote our premium fitness services, convert leads into loyal members, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction to foster long-term retention. This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, based at our premium locations in Kharghar and Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute inside sales strategies to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead contact and facility tours to closing memberships.
• Proactively engage with existing members to ensure high satisfaction and drive retention.
• Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and membership details.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and members through calls and meetings.
• Work collaboratively with the fitness team to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Represent the premium standards and ethos of OneAbove Fitness in all interactions.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. You should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of required experience in direct sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of required experience in gym or fitness membership sales.
• Proven experience in customer retention and service roles.
