Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven International Freight Sales Coordinator to expand our ocean and air freight services globally. This full-time, on-site role is open to both freshers with relevant education and experienced candidates. You will act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of 5 countries, driving new business by building and managing relationships with overseas partners and agents.
Core Objective: Develop ocean and air freight sales by actively coordinating with and acquiring business through overseas agents and partners.
Agent Management: Serve as the single point of contact for agents across 5 assigned countries. Initiate daily contact via calls, emails, and messaging apps to uncover new export/import opportunities.
Sales Coordination: Record and share all inquiries with the internal pricing team, and secure new business by providing market and rate information.
Reporting & Strategy: Maintain daily reports (calls, development, enquiries) and generate action plans to enhance performance and drive growth.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a keen interest in international logistics and business development. You should be persistent, organized, and capable of building strong professional relationships across different cultures and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact overseas agents daily to generate new business leads.
• Promote company services within the freight forwarding industry.
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with a network of overseas agents.
• Ensure seamless internal coordination with the pricing, customer service, and operations teams.
Essential Qualities:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for international correspondence.
• High motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed daily reports.
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields is a plus.
• Freshers with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
