About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive with some experience in real estate. In this role, you will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth through effective communication and professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and retention.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options based on their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and transaction process.
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture prospects and secure timely deal closures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and sales reports.
• Represent TieUp Work professionally in client meetings and networking scenarios.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a target-oriented mindset and a basic understanding of real estate. Fluency in English and a willingness to work on-site are essential for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Confident, energetic, and motivated by targets and performance incentives.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and property transaction processes is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.
