MaxKlick Interactive Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This full-time/part-time hybrid role is central to our growth, focusing on expanding our client base for online advertising solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process—from identifying new opportunities and presenting tailored proposals to negotiating terms and closing deals. This position is ideal for a goal-oriented professional eager to drive revenue in the dynamic digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Client Engagement: Identify and approach new business opportunities in the market. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their advertising needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Sales Execution: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, prepare and present professional proposals, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals in line with company policies.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on best practices in online advertising to inform strategy.
• Account Management: Handle client communication, provide updates on campaign performance, and conduct payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Skill Requirement

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of B2B dynamics and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a skilled negotiator, and possesses the organizational skills to manage multiple client priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales and 1 year in B2B marketing is mandatory, preferably within online advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Analytical Ability: Capability to analyze market trends and translate client needs into effective advertising solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi is required. English proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Location & Travel: Must be able to reliably commute to Goregaon East, Mumbai. Willingness to travel locally (approx. 25%) for client meetings is preferred.
