In this role, you will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will be instrumental in building our client base by engaging with SMBs and enterprise customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our tailored solutions to drive mutual success. This is a dynamic opportunity to directly impact our expansion while developing your career in B2B sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, and managing post-sale relationships.
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with SMB and enterprise clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new high-value clients and expand existing accounts.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective opportunity management.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.
• Leading contract negotiations and managing agreements to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Accurately tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to leadership.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a results-oriented professional with foundational sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. Freshers with exceptional drive and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• 1–2 years of experience selling Digital Marketing, Accounting, SaaS, Consulting, or Tech solutions to SMBs/enterprises. Freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
• Experience or strong understanding of managing larger accounts with a focus on client success.
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard enterprise sales processes.
• An analytical approach to understand client challenges and deliver customized solutions.
• Readiness to work in person from our Mumbai location.
