The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business partnerships while nurturing existing relationships to expand the company’s market presence. This role demands a focused individual with strong planning and execution skills, capable of thinking critically to develop and implement successful growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to generate new business.

Develop and cultivate new relationships with potential business partners to facilitate company expansion.

Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships to ensure continued collaboration and satisfaction.

Think critically and plan meticulously to ensure the success of all business development projects and strategies.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a focused, goal-oriented professional with proven experience in the financial services sector and a demonstrated ability to execute successful business development strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Banking sector (Required).

Proven track record and knowledge of successful development strategies.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Focused and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.

Excellent critical thinking and strategic planning abilities.

Ability to independently execute plans and build a robust partner network.
