Business Development Manager – Tourism Sales
Tripyverse Tourism Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging travel brand specializing in curated domestic and international tour experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Business Growth team in Pune. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for driving sales through B2B partnerships, converting leads into bookings, and delivering exceptional travel experiences for corporate and leisure clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for domestic and international tour packages and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain a strong B2B network with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Customize travel packages based on client preferences and requirements.
Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions to boost sales.
Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Maintain accurate CRM records, daily reports, and sales pipeline tracking.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month + incentives
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a passionate, sales-driven professional with a strong background in tourism sales and excellent relationship-building skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3+ years of experience in tourism or travel sales, with knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pune-based candidates only.
