In this role, you will be responsible for product consultation-led sales for consumer appliances and electronics. Your primary duty is to guide customers in selecting the right products while learning to manage a brand’s e-commerce operations comprehensively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Andheri West, Mumbai, requiring in-person work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert product consultation to customers to drive sales.
• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations for assigned brands.
• Handle lead management, business development, and sales activities.
• Ensure meticulous follow-up and customer relationship management.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a Management or Science graduate with a keen interest in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong logical thinking abilities and be meticulous in their work approach. Excellent command over both English and Hindi, in spoken and written forms, is essential for effective customer interaction and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in customer management and lead generation.
• Strong skills in sales management and business development.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
• Ability to think logically and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of total work experience is preferred.
