Job Description
This is a full-time internship role at INPROTAX, a growing CA firm located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Designed for CA Articles, the position offers hands-on, practical training in accounting, taxation, and compliance under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will work directly on live client cases, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial services—from GST and income tax filings to company formation and statutory registrations. The role focuses on real-world application rather than observation, ensuring you develop professional skills through direct involvement in client work.
• Acquire hands-on experience in accounting software, primarily Tally ERP, for maintaining client books.
• Assist in end-to-end GST processes, including registration, monthly/quarterly filing, and reconciliation.
• Support income tax computation and the filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.
• Prepare and file TDS returns, including Form 24Q and 26Q, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle ROC/MCA filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, and ADT-1 for corporate clients.
• Participate in client onboarding by assisting with company formation, business registrations (Udyam, Gumasta), and applications for PAN, TAN, and DSC.
Skill Requirement
he ideal candidate is a CA Article registered under the ICAI, eager to gain practical, on-the-job experience in a professional CA firm. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are essential for managing multiple client tasks effectively. Basic familiarity with MS Excel and Tally ERP is preferred to help you quickly adapt to the firm’s workflow and software environment.
• Must be a registered CA Article pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course.
• Strong interest in gaining practical knowledge of accounting, GST, income tax, and corporate compliance.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and Tally ERP is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to documentation and filing.
• Good communication skills for professional client interaction and internal coordination.
• Ability to work full-time, in-person, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM at the Kharghar, Navi Mumbai office.
• This is a stipend-based role with compensation of up to ₹4,000 per month
