You will be an integral part of our finance and compliance teams, gaining experience across auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. This role is designed for those eager to learn, contribute actively, and grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits under guidance.
Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing-related tasks.
Support month-end activities, MIS reporting, and account reconciliations.
Gain exposure to ROC compliance, documentation, and accounting software systems.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and client representatives.
Skill Requirement
We seek candidates who are keen to learn, take initiative, and apply strong foundational knowledge in real-world scenarios. The ideal trainee will possess clear communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt in a multi-domain work setting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
IPCC/Inter CA cleared (Group 1 or both groups).
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and standards.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn quickly and take on responsibilities proactively.
Ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
