Job Description
We are Acron Polymer Products, a manufacturing company based in Chandivali, Mumbai. We design and create real, physical products. We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer proficient in Fusion 360 to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create precise and manufacturable designs that move beyond concepts into production.
Your core duties will include:
• Designing products and injection moulds using Autodesk Fusion 360 software.
• Creating accurate, detailed 3D models suitable for direct manufacturing.
• Reverse-engineering products from physical samples using precise measuring tools.
• Developing complex part geometries with curved and smooth surfaces.
• Collaborating closely with our factory and toolroom teams to ensure design feasibility.

Skill & Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in 3D product design for manufacturing. You must possess a strong, practical command of Fusion 360 and a proven track record of designing real-world products that are physically produced.
Skill Requirement
• Software Expertise: Good working knowledge and experience with Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Design Experience: Proven ability in designing for manufacturing, not just for visuals or drawings.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in measuring physical parts accurately and replicating them in CAD (reverse engineering).
• Design Capability: Skill in designing complex parts featuring curved and organic surfaces.
• Logistics: Must be able to commute reliably to our office located in Chandivali, Mumbai.
