Marshalls Enterprise India Private Limited is a leading name in the wallpaper industry, offering premium products to retail customers, interior designers, and contractors. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our Customer Care and Operations (CCO) team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, guiding them through product selection, processing orders, and ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services. This position requires a blend of strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a showroom-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to wallpaper products, orders, and services.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, features, availability, and application.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and manage delivery-related queries.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding product quality, shipping delays, or service issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist walk-in customers at the showroom when required, offering product demonstrations and support.
• Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a graduate with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or interior design-related industry.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or client-facing role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the wallpaper, interior design, home decor, or retail industry is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
• Work Setup: Must be comfortable working in a showroom profile with a blend of call handling and in-person customer assistance.
• Location: Based in Worli, Mumbai (work from office/showroom).
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (final offer dependent on interview performance and last drawn salary).
