We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Service Captain to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring flawless customer service. As a captain, you will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of guests at your designated tables, overseeing every detail of their visit from warm welcome to fond farewell.
• Your primary responsibility is to provide seamless and personalised service, including greeting guests, explaining menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
• You will manage the guest experience holistically by addressing any complaints or special requests, effectively timing dish presentation, and presenting the final bill.
• A critical duty involves maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and safety, inspecting the premises, table settings, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• You will serve as a key link for quality improvement by collecting detailed customer feedback and communicating it to chefs and management to enhance the menu and service.
