Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Education Sales Advisor to guide prospective students in their academic journey. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, helping students and their parents select the most suitable educational courses. Your core responsibility will be to drive enrollment by actively engaging with leads, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment. Success is measured by achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding and supportive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with students to understand their goals and recommend the right courses.
• Drive sales through warm calling, student engagement, and suggestive selling based on in-depth course knowledge.
• Close deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate effectively with students, faculty, and parents throughout the enrollment process.
• Deliver an exceptional, supportive experience to all prospective students.
• Maintain accurate sales records by creating and updating student profiles.
• Manage financial aspects, including fee collection and payment processing.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for education and a proven sales aptitude. You should be target-driven, highly organized, and possess the empathy required to guide students through important life decisions.
