We are seeking a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to join our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the product catalogue on a leading e-commerce platform. This role is central to ensuring an accurate, engaging, and seamless online shopping experience. You will be tasked with creating compelling product content, performing regular quality checks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure all product information is optimized, up-to-date, and customer-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions and content tailored to the target audience.
• Conduct regular site hygiene checks to ensure product details are complete, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines.
• Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and marketing teams to keep product listings updated.
• Upload and format PDF manuals, A+ content, and YouTube videos using basic HTML or web tools.
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings, addressing content-related queries and feedback.
• Resolve order-related issues stemming from catalogue inaccuracies, such as warehouse rejections.
• Ensure all product images meet website standards and align with the written content.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a meticulous and communicative individual with strong writing skills and a basic understanding of e-commerce operations. Freshers with a keen interest in product cataloguing and digital content are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Any Graduate or Third-Year Undergraduates (TY) are eligible.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Basic product knowledge of kids’ and moms’ categories is essential.
• Ability to work with images and ensure they meet visual and content standards.
• Understanding of customer reviews, ratings, and basic e-commerce workflows.

Desired Skills:
• Basic SEO knowledge and keyword optimization for product discoverability.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, category structures, and content marketing (videos, A+ content).
• Knowledge of digital content formatting and basic HTML.
