Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Channel Sales Executive to build, manage, and grow our network of channel partners (brokers and property consultants) in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, driving site visits, and achieving booking targets through effective relationship management and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, including brokers and property consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular meetings and engagement activities.
• Generate site visits and bookings through the channel partner network and coordinate follow-ups with the internal sales team.
• Share timely updates on inventory, pricing, offers, and project highlights with partners.
• Conduct training sessions and site walk-throughs to ensure partners are well-versed in project USPs and advantages.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain detailed MIS and reports on channel performance, including leads, visits, conversions, and partner contributions.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will be a motivated real estate sales professional with 1–4 years of channel sales or broker management experience, strong local market knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate channel sales, broker management, or related field.
• Familiarity with the Pune/PCMC real estate market is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in reporting, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• Presentable, confident, and capable of engaging with brokers and clients.
