We are seeking a highly experienced Qualified Chartered Accountant to join a listed corporate entity in a senior finance role. • Lead and manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance for a listed corporate entity
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
• Support management with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders
• Oversee internal controls, processes, and financial discipline
• Contribute to business growth by supporting mid-size corporate operations
• Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
Skill Requirement

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience
• Prior experience in a listed corporate entity (mandatory)
• Experience working with mid-size corporates preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and corporate finance
• Good spoken English and effective professional communication skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle high-responsibility roles
• Candidates with current CTC in the range of ₹15–17 LPA preferred
