Job Description

Hospertz India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our business development team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be a key player in generating new business opportunities for our healthcare consultancy and hospital project services. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling, lead qualification, and setting appointments by effectively communicating the value of our specialized services to key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Making proactive outbound calls to prospective clients, including doctors, hospital owners, clinic owners, and healthcare investors.
• Clearly explaining our company’s services in hospital planning, design, and turnkey project execution.
• Qualifying leads, generating interest, and scheduling meetings/appointments for our senior sales team.
• Diligently following up on inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, our website, and referrals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, lead status, and interactions in the designated CRM or tracking system.
• Achieving daily call volume and monthly lead generation targets as set by management.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a persuasive phone presence and a strong drive to achieve targets. You should be professional, resilient, and possess a customer-centric attitude, with the ability to understand and articulate business-to-business (B2B) services effectively. Prior experience in a similar telesales environment, especially within real estate, healthcare, or construction, is highly advantageous.

Required skills and qualifications include:
• A Graduate / HSC degree in any stream.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Comfort and proficiency in handling high-volume outbound calls in a target-driven setting.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for data management.
• A professional, confident, and persistent attitude with a focus on results
