Job Description

New Horizons Child Development Center is seeking a dedicated Client Services & Administration Executive to join our administrative team. This full-time, in-person role is crucial for ensuring smooth centre operations by managing client coordination, scheduling, and administrative support. You will act as a key point of contact for families and specialists, facilitating clear communication and efficient service delivery across our centres when required.

• Your primary responsibility is to schedule and manage client appointments, coordinating with therapy teams to ensure a seamless flow of sessions and accurate scheduling.
• You will handle all client billing, payment processing, and necessary financial adjustments, maintaining precise records and clear communication with families.
• A key part of your role involves providing general administrative support, including documentation, data entry, and assisting in the day-to-day operational tasks of the centre.
• You will ensure effective communication between specialists, families, and internal teams, and provide coverage at other New Horizons centres as needed to support organisational needs.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a reliable, team-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills. You must be flexible, proficient in administrative tools, and committed to supporting the operational needs of a child development centre.

• Qualifications: A graduate degree in any discipline is required. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers with the right aptitude and attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other administrative software is essential for managing schedules, data, and documentation.
• Communication & Demeanour: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are necessary. A professional, reliable, and team-oriented personality is crucial.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work extended hours when required and provide temporary coverage at other centre locations as needed in the interest of the organisation.
