As our Client Service Manager, you will be the heart of our client relationships at Tie the Knot Productions. This full-time, in-person role is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences from initial inquiry through final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will also lead and guide the team’s day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges client expectations with our creative execution. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, operational leadership, and seamless internal coordination. Your core duties will include:
• Client Service & Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships. You will handle inquiries, session coordination, and deliverables communication.
• Account & Experience Management: Maintaining client accounts, tracking engagement history, and proactively addressing needs to ensure a flawless end-to-end client journey.
• Team Leadership & Operations: Collaborating with the creative team to streamline workflows, overseeing daily operational tasks, allocating work, and providing guidance to ensure the team meets deadlines and client expectations effectively.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and empathetic leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You should possess proven experience in client management, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to inspire and coordinate a team.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Experience: Prior experience in a client service or account management role is preferred. Experience in the wedding, photography, or creative event industry is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated team management or leadership abilities.
• Attributes: Client-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical: Familiarity with data management and basic operational workflows.
