Spinalogy Clinic, Aundh, Pune, is a super-specialty center for the non-surgical treatment of Neck, Back, and Joint pain. We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our front desk team. This role is central to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing communications, appointments, and reception duties with a high standard of professionalism and care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Promptly, professionally, and courteously receiving and assessing all incoming telephone calls and inquiries, redirecting them appropriately to doctors or staff.
Efficiently scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring proper organization of the clinic’s calendar.
Maintaining a neat, clean, and quiet reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
Keeping the Clinic Manager and doctors well-informed of daily activities, schedules, and any issues that arise.
Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all clinic-related fiscal and personnel information.
Performing routine administrative and clinic support tasks as required.
Providing clear and accurate daily reporting to the Center Head and doctors.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a courteous, organized, and reliable professional with experience in a healthcare setting. You must possess strong communication skills and a commitment to patient confidentiality and service excellence.
The required qualifications are:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinic or hospital front desk/reception role.
Basic computer knowledge is a must (for scheduling, records, and communication).
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a busy clinic environment.
Candidates residing in or near Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Sangvi, or Shivajinagar are preferred for proximity.
