In this exciting and travel-centric role, you will be a pivotal technical ambassador for our medical equipment. Your primary mission is to ensure successful customer adoption and optimal use of our cutting-edge technology through expert education and support. You will directly contribute to advancing patient care by empowering healthcare professionals with knowledge and hands-on application guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive training and education to medical professionals on the operation and application of our medical equipment.
• Conduct on-site application support at hospitals and clinics, collaborating closely with sales teams to demonstrate value.
• Partner with distributor teams to ensure their staff is fully trained and competent on our products.
• Gather and analyze detailed customer feedback on equipment functionality, usability, and satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems promptly.
• Participate in key industry events such as medical conferences and exhibitions to promote our technology.
• Generate insightful reports on customer needs, equipment performance, and areas for product improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Proven ability to educate and train others on complex technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and outstanding time management.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).
• Proficiency in medical software and data analysis tools is a significant advantage.
• Preferred language skills: Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Experience & Logistics:
• Job Type: Full-time, Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Experience: 1 year in technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Compensation: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month.
