Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling, turning, or other precision equipment. Your primary duty is to produce high-quality parts by accurately interpreting technical blueprints, programming machine settings, and conducting meticulous quality checks throughout the production process.
You will play a critical role in our production floor, ensuring that all outputs meet strict specifications for precision and quality. Adherence to safety protocols and routine machine maintenance are essential aspects of this hands-on position, which requires focus, technical aptitude, and physical stamina.
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) for production runs.
Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensions.
Program and adjust machine settings using G-code/M-code to meet precise specifications.
Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions promptly.
Skill Requirement

You must have a solid understanding of machining fundamentals and the ability to work methodically in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Secondary (10th Pass) education is preferred; technical or vocational training is a significant advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation and 1 year in CNC programming is required.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments accurately.
Basic computer skills for machine operation and understanding of G-code/M-code.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
