Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production & Data Entry Executive to support our manufacturing and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering production data, performing costing calculations, and maintaining real-time updates across operational sheets and software. The position involves both desk-based tasks and floor-level coordination to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry of production details into Excel and internal software systems.
Calculate and maintain production costing records in Excel to support financial tracking and reporting.
Follow up with the operations team to gather updates and ensure timely input of production information.
Visit the production floor regularly to verify and update the Floor Management System (FMS) sheet with real-time progress.
Maintain and organize production-related data for quick retrieval and reporting.
Support operational efficiency by ensuring all data entries are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with basic computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to coordinate between office and production floor operations. Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or data entry role is beneficial.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and report creation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to communicate effectively with operations and production teams.
Comfortable visiting the production floor and updating physical/digital trackers.
Basic understanding of production processes and costing is preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in production data entry, costing, or floor coordination in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with Floor Management Systems (FMS) or similar operational tracking tools.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
