We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized female professional to join our team in a supportive administrative role. The primary focus of this position is to ensure accurate and efficient data management while providing reliable assistance to senior staff members. This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations and supporting key departmental functions.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks across various systems and documents.
• Assist senior staff with daily administrative duties and project support as required.
• Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
• Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and routine correspondence.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Support team coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks to ensure completion.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with proven experience in an administrative or data-focused role. She should possess a strong eye for detail, proficiency with office software, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in handling numerical and textual data.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data management tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and assist senior staff proactively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
